My experience
I have spent the last 30 years working for a Fortune 50 Company, one of the top 10 Most Admired Companies in the World, learning leading edge leadership, coaching and training practices.
I have a Bachelors Degree in Psychology, an Executive MBA from Purdue University as well as being an ACC Accredited Coach with a Certificate from UTD.
When I started my leadership journey I was young and very often the only woman in the room. I didn’t know what I didn’t know. I wish I’d had someone to help me navigate the environment and keep me from making leadership mistakes and mistakes with my career. I had to learn the hard way – you don’t!
